Here is a card I created using a modified version of the Mojo Monday Week #89 Sketch.

Black Journaling Marker, Post-It Notes
The balloon image is from Crazy for Cupcakes and was stamped on Watercolor Paper using Jet Black StazOn. I wanted to make sure that the images were placed well evenly spaced so I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to position each one and then drew the designs on the zig zag balloon and the striped balloon using my Basic Black Journaling Marker. I used that instead of my regular Basic Black Marker because it is waterproof and wouldn't run when I water colored them.
The balloon with the circles on the outside and the balloon on the inside of the card were stamped using the Circle Circus stamp set (which will be available in the new 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog from Stampin' Up!) and then they were all water colored using an Aquapainter.
The scalloped frame around the birthday saying was created using my Scallop Edge Punch and the saying layer was attached using dimensionals. The final bit was to attach the White Taffeta Ribbon.
